We use authentic gemstones, which means no two stones are exactly alike. They can vary slightly in color and size, as well as contain imperfections due to their natural state. These imperfections do not detract from the stone’s integrity, but rather lends to its unique beauty. Our gemstones are ethically sourced from around the world.

What is 14k Gold or Rose Gold Fill?

“Gold-filled” is a USA industry standard that legally requires 1/20th, or 5%, of the metal to be pure gold by weight. The regulated process involves pressure bonding multiple layers of solid 14k Gold with extreme heat over a core of high-quality jeweler’s brass, resulting in a durable, quality real gold product. Both 14k yellow and rose gold alloys contain the same amount of solid 14k Gold.

Why does my piece look different than the one pictured?
Every piece of Jackie Rose Jewelry is cut, hammered and set by hand with natural gemstones, ensuring their unique quality.

How do I know what size bracelet to order?

Determine your bracelet size with the following steps:

1. Measure your wrist below the wrist bone (where you would normally wear your bracelet) using a flexible measuring tape or a strip of paper.

2. If using a plain strip of paper, mark your strip with a pen where the end of the bracelet needs to be. Then measure the paper strip with a ruler. This is the wrist size.

3. To find the bracelet size, increase the wrist measurement by the increment below, based on you want the bracelet to fit:

For a snug fit, add 1/4" to 1/2"

For a comfort fit, add 3/4" to 1"

For a loose fit, add 1-1/4"
